Question / Help imac 5k elgato plus obs help

Hi all,

I have the 27" iMac 5k, hd60 and obs studio. I am using display capture as window capture just lags out.

I have watched so many videos and posts and all say different on how to stream via youtube with the best quality.

I have resolution issues when cropping the display to just display the preview window of the legato and on watching the stream it is very pixelated. Can someone tell me the best settings to get as good a stream as i can with display capture please?

I could do with a set up guide as the streams are poor quality and i love obs and don't just want to use the elgato stream feature as i use chroma key for my green screen.

Take the elgato back and trade it for a blackmagic intensity or decklink.

No don't do that. You have to use Display Capture. It will fix this problem.
