I'm trying to redownload obs but it keeps saying obs studio is already running. I checked task manager and obs is not running. How do i fix this

Virtual camera does not cause this. Check the task manager details tab to ensure all previous versions are fully closed.

I restarted my computer and without opening anything I tried to download obs again and it worked
