Im trying to create a script with ahk and it's not interacting with obs

I'm trying to use a script that essentially presses a key when i lift up a different one and it works, but it wont interact with my game or obs, does anyone know what is going on?

If you run OBS as administrator, you need to run the script as administrator as well.
