Hello guys, literally tried everything here. 720 60, 720 30, 1080 30, 1080 60 and I literally can not get a smooth stream going.
i5 3570k @ 4.3GHz, 16GB DDR3 RAM @ 2400MHz and a MSI 980 with about 7 to 8mb upload speeds.
What am I doing wrong?
