I have two Elgato 4k MK 2 Capture Cards in my Aurora R9 Alienware computer. There are only two slots available and I have a card in each of the slots, one above the other. I have moved card one from bottom slot and put it in the top slot and I moved the other card from the top slot to the bottom slot just to check if it was something wrong with either of the cards. I found that whichever 4k Capture Card I put in the top slot, on the OBS Studio software I get a Preview and Program view of that camera's video feed connected to that capture card which is perfect. NOW, in the bottom slot where the other 4k Capture Card is inserted and connected to my other camera, I get its video feed in the Preview window BUT in the Program window, I get a video feed of the camera in the top slot which is wrong. This is the problem. I hope this explanation is easy for you to understand. I have been dealing with this issue for two days and don't know how to fix it. Any kind of feedback is much much appreciated. I don't know what else to do. I am stumped. Can anyone help me?
So again, the capture card in the bottom slot is the one that's giving me the issue. I think something might have to be configured and I don't know how to do it?
