Question / Help I'm live but I'm offline

I can't tell if this is a bug or not. When I started to stream OBS says that I'm live but Twitch says that I'm not. Is it a bug?

Twitch adds a delay to streams for some seconds. If you remain offline for more than a minute, restart stream.
