Question / Help I'm having a lag problem! Please help me!

I had recently downloaded OBS (Open Broadcast Software) in hopes of making videos for my new (and vacant) Youtube Channel, Enderess. When I figured out how to record my favorite video game, Team Fortress 2, I did. Recording the game was fine, I experienced the usual amount of frames as I usually would get. The problems started when I played the recording back. It was laggy as hell. The audio was fine, but the gameplay was laggy. I tried a different game, Portal, but to no appeal.

Please help me, tell me if there is anything I need to tweak in the settings or anything like that, that would be great!
