Question / Help I'm getting problems in OBS

The problem is nothing is working right.

Game capture barely works, some days it works some days it doesn't and I don't change a thing in OBS between them days.

Monitor capture barely works, when a game is in full screen it lags out like mad, both in game and OBS.

Also loading up OBS is a pain as it lags the hell out of my computer! like seriously? I'm sure OBS is getting worse with each update for me. (I unistall and then install the new update every time)

Battlefield 4 is the biggest issue for me, as it just seems to never want to work for me. can't record it at all with any settings both in battlefield or obs, without severe lag!

Never had this problem on windows 7 64bit with these settings, and it does work on sunny days, it's getting real annoying now! I want to just rip my hair out!

Can people please help me!

You have two monitors connected to a terrible GTS 250 GPU, and three connected to your AMD R9 200 series. You need to make sure that OBS and anything you capture is located on one of the three monitors connected to the R9. Capturing something on one of the two GTS 250 monitors, or placing OBS on one of them and capturing content running on one of the R9 monitors, will perform very poorly.

Additionally you should be using game capture for your games, not monitor capture. Be sure to enable vsync or a frame limiter so your games don't max out your CPU/GPU before OBS is even running.

I don't see how I have 2 monitors connected to the GTS 250 lol only my top screen is connected ha! and yeah I've tried all that? Game Capture still doesn't work :(

Ah yeah, just one monitor on the GTS 250, though the warning about capturing stuff on it is still valid. Have you tried using x264 instead of VCE? The encoder doesn't look like it's working at all in your log.

I've tried that yeah, VCE has it's days where it does work, and when it does it works wonders. not sure though very strange.

Here's the latest log on recording battlefield, can you see anything wrong? because I get lag in battlefield when obs is open.... not even recording... haha
