IM getting into obs but I'm not seeing the start streaming choices

OBS starts up and the attached screenshot is what I get. It doesn't have the usual choices to start streaming etc.

I don't know what that pdf file was. I may have thought it was the log file. It should be deleted.

Your OBS Video settings are this:
00:37:57.214: video settings reset:
00:37:57.214: base resolution: 1280x720
00:37:57.214: output resolution: 1280x720
And your camera settings are this:
00:37:58.645: resolution: 1920x1080
What's shown on OBS is correct because you set it like that. Change the camera resolution to 720p and the issue will be solved. Of course, to make it easy simple delete the camera source and add it again once you changed the camera resolution.
