I'm getting a random stream disconnect and reconnect.

I'm having a random disconnect and reconnect issue when I'm trying to stream on twitch. Weirdly enough, both my upload and download speed reaches to almost 200 Mbps.

Please see my log file here: https://obsproject.com/logs/m_mPEhtEw7NT_APo

1. Binding to a manually chosen IP address is rarely needed. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network and set "Bind to IP" back to "Default".
2. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

1. Disable/uninstall StreamElements. If that doesn't fix it, then
2. Create a restream.io account, connect it to your Twitch and set OBS to stream to restream. If that doesn't fix it, then
3. Go to Settings > Advanced > Network and check the box next to the option that says "Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion".

I have tried the following:
- Binding to a manually chosen IP address is rarely needed. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network and set "Bind to IP" back to "Default".
- Disable/uninstall StreamElements. If that doesn't fix it, then
- Create a restream.io account, connect it to your Twitch and set OBS to stream to restream.
- Go to Settings > Advanced > Network and check the box next to the option that says "Dynamically change bitrate to manage congestion".
- Lowered the bitrate
- Checked my firewall/router
- Network optimizations
- Changed servers (I thought this will work at first but only prolonged the disconnect and reconnect issue.
