Question / Help I'm confused if my settings are messed up

Hey I've been getting into streaming and when I stream the game isn't laggy/choppy but the stream is very choppy and laggy my specs are

Windows 10
Intel Core i5 7600 2.50GHz
MSI Z270 KRAIT GAMING (MS-7A59)
16GB DDR4
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

My stream settings are
Output:
Video Bitrate: 6000
Encoder: NVENC
Audio Bitrate 128

Video:
Base (Canvas) Resolution: 1920x1080
Output (Scaled) Resolution: 1280x720
Common FPS Values: 60
Let me know if you need to know any more setting I just thought those were the most important.

Please post a log file of your last stream: click

Your settings are looking good, even tho you are streaming via NVENC. OBS up to date? Nvidia drivers up to date?
