Question / Help Im always getting the encoding overloaded message. How do I fix it?

Whenever I try to stream a Minecraft Modpack on my mac mini to Twitch, I always get the encoding overloaded message and my stream is laggy.
My Specs are here:
Mac Mini (Late 2014)
Processor: 2.6 GHz Intel Core i5
RAM: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel Iris 1536 MB
Display: 21.5-inch (1920x1080)
Hard Drive: 1TB SATA Disk

Change to a faster CPU preset-- superfast or ultrafast instead of your current setting, veryfast.

When I did it again, The Stream Was perfect, but it was EXTREMELY LAGGY!
I couldn't play the game because of lag and OBS said about 15FPS.
I was running at a base resolution of 1920x1080 as the size of my monitor with a Output resolution of 1280x720 at the downscale filter of Lanczos.

You could try changing the base resolution to 720 in the OS. It looks like you just don't have the resources to run the application you're trying to stream AND stream it at the same time.

I have an i7 and I generally run Minecraft windowed at 720p, especially if I'm running a modpack with a lot of mods and possibly shaders.

Also for Minecraft I suggest using Syphon. Window capture is the worst performing method using OBS on MacOS. You'd be better off with Display cropped to window, or using SyphonInject, which is the best and does work with Minecraft, it's what I use.

Syphon completely malfunctions on my mac. I tried a few days agp with 1280x720 resolution on my monitor and it was Worse than before. I'll try syphon again and see if I can have the better performance.

Wow syphon this time Inproved my fps from 15 to 55-60FPS
Ran at the 1280x720 Window. The modpack is finally going to be streamable! Thx Narcogen

Never mind the modpack became laggy all as I created a world. I couldn't move my mouse because of the lag. Heres the Log File
