Im about to destroy this pc lol.
I just got a new Ryzen 2700x. and for 1 the performance isnt up to what it should be. if i try stream in 1080p it just overloads.
but thats not the main issue. I have it set up on the
(720p 60fps)
x264 (ofcourse)
4000 CBR bitrate
FAST preset
MAIN profile.
and for SOME reason, when i watch the stream after (Been doing loads of tests) it look like COMPLETE garbage. comepletely unwatchable. no matter what preset its on, it still looks terrible. 1080p causes it to lag. higher bitrate doesnt seem to help much..
What the HELL is wrong with it? lol
Please help, before i send it to PC hell.
Also, why does streaming in 1080p cause encoding overload? surely this CPU should be able to handle that???
