If my PC crashed whilst recording, how can I make the FLV file be able to get every last second of content up until that point?

I've tried using .flv export to see if it could do that, but the video cuts off 10 seconds before my PC crashed. The reason I want to know how to make it record every second is so that I can run a resource-intensive task and if my PC does crash, I can stitch the videos together.

I hope this makes sense. In case it doesn't I'll try to rephrase: How do I make it so that OBS records every second of video to a .FLV file, and when my PC crashes it'll have video up until the moment it crashes?
