Question / Help If I record a video at 240fps, and then export the video at 60fps, will it make a difference?

I'm just curious because if I make my fractional fps 240/1, and then I export the video through premiere pro at 60fps, will it make the video essentially more "crisp" or something like that?

No. For some reason in the Minecraft community, people think this will make the video quality better. It won't.

Because Minecraft people are the only people I ever hear this from. I don't know how it became a thing, but whoever started it is mistaken.
