So i've tried everything i can within OBS. I've messed with all encoding options. I keep getting frame drops within OBS and on stream. here is the Log File: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/fccde57cee5cdc96b30953c441357460

CPU: i7-6800k
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: 16GB DDR4
I also have this running on an SSD

You're not dropping frames in that log, but your system can't keep up. Limit your framerate in Overwatch, if that doesn't help set the CPU preset back to Veryfast.

I think fast Encoder Preset (CPU usage) is too much for the task. Try to set it to veryfast.

i don't even have to be playing a game for this to happen
