IDK anything about the delay technology regarding my settings for my laptop webcam when using it in OBS with the Roxio Gamecap HD Pro. This is because I am playing a dancing game and I need my webcam to match exactly the Roxio Gamecap HD Pro's delay is. But I don't know what the delays should be set to as I am too stupid to understand. Please, some help would be grateful.

If you need to delay your audio sources, go to Edit -> Advanced Audio Properties and adjust the Sync Offset (ms) field.
If you need to delay your video sources, add a Video Delay (Async) filter.
For other sources (Window/Game/Display Capture), add a Render Delay filter and adjust as necessary.

There is really not much we can do to help. You just have to experiment until it sounds correct. Make a recording, play it back, adjust settings, repeat.
The issue with Roxio cards is that they are very cheaply made and have inconsistent delay, so you'll probably have to adjust it every single time you go to use it.
