be realistic - start with 30fps until you get a hang for what you are doing, and be aware of screen refresh to capture card rates (and using uneven multiples).
beware (avoid) mismatched audio sampling rates (44.1 & 48KHz)
that log shows device setup errors on mic, and video capture, with no recording/streaming session, so important details not in log.
Personally, instead of going for ideal settings, you are likely to get further, faster if you start with basic settings and get OBS working, then look into optimizing the setup. Real-time video encoding is technically complex and demanding on a PC. And that log would indicate you don't even have the basic OBS setup correctly .. yet.
in other threads, others I respect have commented on avoiding Display Capture for gaming... but not being a gamer, I don't know the circumstances on when it is ok, vs a bad approach (and certain games behave differently, from what I recall). something for you to look into if no one else replies to you on this thread. but without a decent log, don't expect others to chime it (maybe, but you should do your part first).
