Question / Help Ideal Settings for Audio only feed to Wowza

Hello...publishing a live audio only stream to wowza server and have had varying degrees of success with my audio settings. I've heard that OBS sucks for audio, but i've generally been ok with the quality, its just today it seems to cut out every 10 seconds for a second and then pick right back up.

The logs mention that I am on Placebo setting though my settings are customized. I've sent the latest file (actually still streaming).

Just curious if you have any suggestions, recommendations. Thanks a lot.

I don't know, I can't help but feel that placebo is effecting things:
13:06:02: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of skipped frames: 221748 (99.9698%)

Your video output is almsot entirely non-existent. It's probably using almost all your CPU to try (and fail) to encode frames, and may be affecting audio.
