Idea: Zoom filter for camera sources

I want a zoom filter that is very similar to Crop/Pad. I want a text box that sets the zoom (e.g. "1" sets the resolution to 1918x1078, cropping all the sides) and a text box that sets the zoom speed (e.g. "10" sets the zoom speed to 10 pixels cropped on 1 side per command in Hotkeys). This filter was intended to imitate a real professional camcorder zoom function.
