I'd need help with OBS Multiple RTMP plug-in to go live on instagram and Facebook

Hello. I've been trying to use the SoraYuki's OBS Multiple RTMP plug-in to go live on instagram and Facebook, and I'm not managing with Instagram. I'd need help with that. I've watched tutorials and they seem incomplete to me.
I am familiar with streaming from OBS studio to Facebook.
I have managed to test stream with the plugin to Facebook only.
My (main) doubts:
i) how to setup the transmission tab? Just with the FB live setup, or do I need to choose/add anything different?
ii) in practical terms, do I need to use YellowDuck or Streamon another? (I'd prefer not to, and if needed, free, please)
iii) on the multiple output tab (plug-in), what do I really need to setup Instagram? I've found a rtmp url ( rtmps://live-upload.instagram.com:443/rtmp/) but I don't have a streaming key, and I guess using the instagram username and password don't seem enough...

Hello again. Should this serve anyone else, I share my findings:
