iContact Pro Camera Not working with OBS; it does work with Zoom without

About a year ago, I bought an earlier version of the iContact webcam. It didn't work with OBS and I returned it. With a new Windows 11 desktop and seeing there was an upgraded iContact Pro camera, I tried it again. This one doesn't work either. If I just run Zoom, the iContact camera is fine. My normal camera is an Elgato Facecam Pro. I've used AverMedia cameras and Logitech cameras without any trouble. I'm about to give up. Any ideas?

I had the same problem today and searched for mentions of iContact and OBS, which led me to your post. I'm happy to share that I found a way to get it working. I'm using the iContact Pro on Win 11.
  1. In the Video Capture source for your iContact, go to Properties.
  2. Change Resolution/FPS Type to Custom.
  3. Set the Resolution to 1920x1080. Some of the other resolutions in the list will work, but many do not (you'll get the same problem of no video as you do with the default setting).
  4. I also found that the frame rate was very slow, so I changed FPS to 30. However, this did not solve the problem.
  5. Click Configure Video (also in Properties), select the Camera Control tab, and check the Auto boxes for Exposure and Focus.

After that, it worked as expected. Hope that helps!
