Hi guys.
I've recently started streaming and I've tried literally every single guide on youtube regarding stream settings for 1080 and 720/60fps and NONE of them work for streaming games. (everything else works though.)
My problem is that my stream plays at something like 5frames per second and in game is so full of stutter its unplayable, even though it says I have 200-300fps.
There is one setting that works which is 720/30fps using NVENC but I know people with much older systems than mine streaming at much higher settings than me without issue. Pro streamers among them.
Can someone help me figure out what settings I should be using?
I've got 14mbit upload (Fastest I can get in this state, thanks Comcast...) and I run at 3500bitrate CBR.
My CPU usage goes up to about 60%-70% on x264 (which is the unplayable option) and barely touches 60% on Nvenc.
