Question / Help I7 6700 high cpu usage

Hey

I'm streaming via OBS on Twitch many games such Fortnite, PUBG, Diablo 3, etc...
While I'm streaming my cpu usage is getting too high (sometimes even 100%)

with:
Veryfast CPU preset, 3800 Bitrate, 720p/60fps

pc spec.:
Motherboard: MSI B150 GAMING M3
CPU: Intel Core i7-6700 3,4 GHz
Ram: Kingston 2x8GB DDR4 2133MHz CL14
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 GAMING+ 8G
HDD: WD Caviar Blue WD10EZEX, 3,5" SATAIII, 64MB - 1TB
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 550 G2, 80+ Gold, 550W

I think it's kinda weird my cpu's getting in such high numbers when it should be OK especially when i'm streaming on Veryfast.

Any idea what could be possibly wrong?

Disable Windows 10 Game Mode, turn V-Sync on, use the game's own framerate limiter (if available) to cap FPS at 60.

If none of those fix it, post an OBS log file that shows a stream of at least 5 minutes of high action content.
