What would be the best stream settings based on my build I've tried multiple encoding options .264 gives me view able quality while taking a hit in performance in games like Overwatch, but i just cant get x264 to work at a decent quality. I've uploaded my diag If anyone is willing to help out it would be appreciated.

I have exactly same pc and imho you should not have problem with x264 720p30 in OV but only if you fill these conditions
1. 60 desktop refresh
2. 30 in obs
3. 60 in game if there is switch for it (like bf3 or bf4)
4. vsync in game on
(replace with 59,94 and 29,97 for 59,94 display like hdmi tv)
with 144hz monitor its fastest and most reliable to sacrifice 144 and follow 1,2,3,4

ps. oc this cpu to 4.5 or 4.6 (mine works at 4.6)

if you cant/dont want to oc, you can still use quicksync

performance gain is quite nice, if you have Z series chipset there is no reason to not do it with this cooler
i only raised it to 4.0 from the stock 3.5 i will eventually get a water cooler just dont want to push it too hard it can get hot in my room Huge Thanks btw

you can easily make it 4.5 with 1,35v and you really dont need water cooling unless you want to have it because you want. this isnt anything "extreme", just every day work for this cpu

ofc you should monitor temps for a while, just in case your cooler is badly mounted. hwinfo in sensor mode works great
