Question / Help i5 6500 can't handle superfast preset?

I have an i5 6500 and a GTX 1060 6GB and when I try to record any game (the encoder is x264, 1920x1080 downscaled to 1280x720, 60fps) with superfast preset, the resulting video will lag horribly. Is this processor supposed to do so or am I doing something wrong? Does it have anything to do with the fact that I'm using Windows 10 Anniversary Update?

Mine is an i7 and the same thing here..
