Question / Help I5 2400 GOOD ENOUGH?!

So I am unsure whether an i5 2400 with a gtx 950 are good enought to stream console games at 720p 30fps and what bitrate should I use? Thank you

technically its possible with NVenc or quicksync, your cpu may be too slow for x264 which would be best option for image quality. for bitrates check my signature and included reddit
