i5 10400 a good buy for encoding h264 1080p60 ?

Wondering if the 10400 (full specs) is good for 1080p at 60fps @ 6~8000kbps slow with zero frames dropped considering it's gonna be a streaming only pc not a gaming pc. running on linux feeding input via ndi plugin. In my area the 3600 is more expensive.

Opinions ?
