I was confused with OBS

Except for one thing...
How can I set my scenes so that what I see on the screen stays in the same place?
When I switch scenes the cam images will move up/down/right/left etc.

1. it might make sense to make sure to use Referenced (not Duplicated ) video sources ... this has a specific meaning within OBS Studio. if you don't know the difference, and the implications then be sure to read the QuickStart guide here, or one of the eBooks I posted to you in the other thread
2. Even a referenced Source can be cropped uniquely in each scene. So, you might want to copy the Source to the other scene to ensure exact same settings, or Source > Edit Transform, and manually check settings
