Question / Help I Want To Stream With A Low End PC And Bad Internet

Hello,
I am trying to stream, but I have a bad computer and bad internet so if you could give me some tips on what my settings should be then that would be helpful.

PC

Intel i3-6100 3.70 GHz
8GB of ram
Intel HD Graphics 530
Please don't make fun of me

you literally cannot stream on that internet connection.
You don't even have enough bitrate for audio let alone video.
