I want to record Bloons TD Battles, (the steam version) But it freezes instantly when i click on the window (full screen) but the mouse is still there

and has animation and can move. Nothing else has animation, So i cant record with only a still frame and only a mouse moving. Is there any way to fix this? i use FLV files and game capture.
