I think I am stupid

I am running Tahoe OS , using an ONN device, have all permissions and can not figure out how to get sound to my Mac. I have tried with the MacOS Audio capture and also with Blackhole. I have also deleted and reinstalled OBS.
 
I know I am not very bright now. Close to 100 videos trying to get sound from steaming device. I had tried most of the audio input tabs and not had any success.
Finally tried one more time and it showed me to quit thinking about things. Clicked on the audio input capture, selected USB3 digital audio and it all worked just fine. I was looking for the name of my capture card device like shows up in the video capture device.
 
My go-to recommendation is to use Native Operating System tools (OBS Studio not running, not even in background), and make sure your Audio and Video sources working properly. You can use screen recording or similar functionality to test. ONLY after you have such Input Sources working as expected at OS level, do I recommend moving onto working with those Sources in OBS Studio.
