I switched from intel to amd and got a upgraded cpu and then with the same obs settings my recording and replays started to freeze

when i would there would be a frame every 15 seconds but the audio would keep playing correctly can some one pls help me fix this i have a 32 g of ram 3060 ti and a amd ryzen 9 7900x
