Question / Help I stream fine but when it hits 1hr it becomes lag. SEND HELP!!

Hello,, I'm using MacBook Air , and whenever I stream live on FB it works fine not until I reach 1hr then is becomes supper lag.. I tried everything , changed my setting but still nothing happened . I know its not my internet because my camera, audio, and my game are all working fine.

Please help.. I've done my research on YT also search here on the net,, but still northing works.

Include a log file if you have a problem: here's how

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu -> Log Files -> Upload current/last log file. The current log file is for the currently active running session. The last log file is for the last time you ran the program. We recommend always including it just in case.

Open OBS. Start an output session (streaming or recording). Observe your issue. Stop the output session. Upload the Current log without quitting OBS.
