Question / Help I stream cs go and the stream dont have the quality its supposted?

My stream in Youtube don t have the quality 720hd60 i saw a lot of videos on yt showing the best settings and i cant put to the quality i want.
My pc its very good but i think in my settings its just a think to change if can help?

Nvidia GeForece 1060 6gDRR5

Downscale filter: Lanczos
FPS: 60

Output Tab:
Encoder x264
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 3500 (youtube recommends 2,250 - 6,000 Kbps for 720p60 you can change this, I recommend 3500)
Keyframe Int: 2
CPU Preset: Veryfast (you might be able to get away with faster on that CPU, if it starts lagging change it back to veryfast)
Profile: main

Yuv color space: 709
