I am worried I can not solve my problem Can I write to a technical supervisor who can help?
My problem
a} I can record Zoom webinars perfect It goes to my laptop in the file videos
It is a MKV file and I can watch many times
b) the problem comes when I like to save it in my external disk >the I can not replay it again
c) I tried your suggestion to play in REMUX it also failed
Can I gave /send my mkv file that is in trouble
