I saved my MVK file to a fat32 drive but it only saved 3.99GB, how to recover the rest?

I was streaming and recording in OBS yesterday, it was a 5-hour stream. after the stream, I was going to edit said video but it was only 20mins. I just learned that you shouldn't save to a fat32 drive. can the rest of the video still be recovered?

No, FAT32 limits to 4GB max.
