I record video, but it has got 0-1 fps or sometimes there is black screen. I have got pretty got pc, I don't know how to fix it. Please help me.

Hi, I have one problem. I have got pretty good pc, (intel core i5 8500, Rx 590 8gb, 16gb RAM, 2Tb HDD, probably 450gb SSD) but when I record video and I see it, video has got 0-1 fps or sometimes there is black screen, but sound of video is normal. Pls help me. If is there some video that will help me, please send it to me.
