Question / Help I really don't know how to fix this

Hi, I've been using obs for a long time an never had any issues with it, but recently my bitrate started to get really unstable after 20-30 seconds of starting the Livestream. I really don't know where the issue is...I've tried everything from lowering the frames and or display scale to fasten up the encoding but nothing works and my internet connection speed is also fine. Please help, because I really don't know what to do anymore.

You dont have enough of a computer to be doing 1080p - don't even go there, you will be wasting your time. Focus on the 720@30fps spot, given your hardware.

Also, you got bandwidth issues you need to take care of:
02:10:59.098: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 8063 (54.9%)
