Hello there.... i am new to this whole streaming and video recording thing. I just startet last week, so i have absolutely no idea what i am doing wrong now.....
Soo recently i recorded my first 3 parts of a Lets play in 1920x1080p with 60 fps ... i know some people would say my pc isn't good enough for that but it seems like it is since it worked just fine ..

But now when i record the video i record has many of those little "laggy" moments in it what makes it a pain to watch i just uploaded an exampel right here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KATmYU9Mzjo at 40 seconds in the video you will see it and that just happens in the recording not OBS itself there it looks just fine...
i had a bitrate of 30000 for the videos and 60 fps and now i allready tried different bitrates lower fps and with CBR and VBR and still it dosn't change at all even though it worked in the beginning.... it gets even worse.. now i allready have this small lags in recordings with 720p and 30 FPS how is that possible...
I really need your help since i was just enyoing this really much but this is just demotivating ...
