Question / Help I need the recommened setting for my system, obs is really bad when recording.

OKay so my OBS is really really bad when recording and I don't know what I should set everything to


My PC Specs

Graphics: AMD MSi R9 280x 3GB
Memory: 16GB
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) X4 760K Quad Core Processor
OS: Windows 10
Games I'm trying to record: CSGO, Overwatch, L4D2, BO3, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4


I basically want to know what my bitrate should be, my resolution, frames, and any other settings that should help.

Simple settings
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Encoder AMD AMF
Format FLV
