Question / Help I need some settings for my stream.

Hello.
I am using obs studio. I made the settings I found online but my stream was buffering.
I have the resolution 1920x1080.
Procesor Intel i5 4460 3.2 GHz.
Upload speed about 25 MB tested with a soft I found(speedtest.net says it is 70 MB but I don't think so).
I want to stream at about 30 fps with no buffering please help.

I'd suggest you try 720p 30fps at between 2000 and 2500 bitrate. Buffering for viewers is usually caused by using too high a bitrate, when you aren't partnered there is no transcoding which means that viewers have to download at the same bitrate as you are uploading. Lowering the bitrate means lowering your quality but to be honest 720p at 30fps is pretty good and is very watchable. For more information you might want to read this article:
