For Some Dang reason when i click start record the button just turns grey then back to start record and it wont record i try clicking it a bunch of times but it wont work.... IT WONT RECORD );

Does the problem persist when you change the encoder to software low cpu use?

I dont know i just DID SOMETHING AND I CAN RECORD in output i put encoder on software (x264)

Some of your settings are incompatible with nvenc or you're using one of the bad driver packages from nvidia.

yeah i cant use nvenc i think i used to tho idk

You're supposed to be able to but nvidia may have broken it.
