I need help

So my internet connection is quite slow and a friend helped me put it on 360p 30 fps, he just told me i can try pushing it to 720p on 30 fps but i dont really know which settings to input. my internet connection is 28.38 mbps 1.52 upload mbps. what do i input

Resolution is one thing
bitrate is a separate other item... they are related
A high resolution, low bitrate image will look poor. but maybe better than small image.. ?? it depends

In OBS settings, there is both Base Canvas and Output Resolution. As you mention bandwidth, presumably you mean streaming (vs recording) so also the OBS Settings Output tab

my friend helped me with the bitrates which i cant figure out based on my bandwidth. ive already streamed 3 times. it was fine but i dont really understand technical stuff. i mean streaming yes. so what kind of video bitrate advance would i put it on for that kind of bandwidth and audio bitrate? thanks
