I use obs studio on my win 10 pc is there any way i can save a preset so when i go to record on mac os x i dont need to make my scenes again

You may export and import your scene collection, but without guarantee. Depends on plugins and their settings used. It should work perfect between win machines with similar installations. If it works over the edge to os-x, who knows... Just give it a try.
