I want to stream a lot of LoL,if possible in 720p, this is my pc build:
Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-8100 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
RAM
8.0 GB
Operating System
Windows 10
Speedtest:

Run the Auto-Configuration Wizard from the Tools menu. It will ask you a couple questions about your intended use, test your internet connection, and suggest settings to use. It's not possible for anyone to suggest settings just based on hardware specs because content, intended use, and personal preferences all come into play.

Given you have an i3 CPU and a 1060 GPU, I would definitely suggest using the NVENC encoder, though, especially if you're only using a single PC setup and you intend to stream any moderately CPU intensive applications.
