Sorry for the inconvenience, and sorry if I post in the wrong place.
I have been wanting to streak for some time and for some reason I do not know what happens to me:

For some reason that I do not know, it is seen with black stripes on the sides.
They told me that it could be my video configuration and I watched hundreds of videos and they all tell me to put it in 1366x768 which is my monitor's.
Could someone give me a hand?
