I need help with windows desktop audio problems while obs is open

1. I need help. every time I have obs or any streaming software open like, obs studio, twitch studio xslpit. my audio keeps cutting out or can't explain. I play call of duty on my pc called warzone and seems every time I have obs studio open I start having audio issues like can't hear people in game cause the audio keeps cutting out and also the game does the same. have you ever had this issue and do you know how to fix this. I'm not using a Bluetooth headset but Astro a40's and a goxlr mini

Having the exact same problem. As of a week ago whenever I am live and tabbed into warzone my audio cuts and stutters. It's fine if im recording or playing with obs open. Only while live and tabbed in. It's so weird!
