I need help with stream/recording quality

Hey,
My streams and recordings look fuzzy and pixelated, does anyone know how to maximize quality and stability with these specs?

CPU = AMD Ryzen 5 4600H With Radeon Graphics

GPU 0 = NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650

GPU 1 = AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics

RAM = 15.4 GB

Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) selecting GPU as preferred (make sure GPU system is set to NVIDIA and not the other one) and stream as main purpose and apply the sttings it gives. Do NOT change a thing.
Restart OBS (yes, do restart it)
Test as is.
Remember, do NOT change a thing.
Notice you're on simple output mode. Keep it like this.

This are the best you can get for streaming. Now, on the recording side, you may try changing the presets quality and test.
Don't expect anything marvelous. For this you need a better computer.
Of course, streaming may be still pixelated, specially on fast paced games with constant changes on the image presented. To get a better image you need more bits per second, and Youtube is the one which allow you more than 10Mbps. Also, your upload speed must be good enough to allocate and transmit all this data. Not to mention that many ISPs don't like this kind of usage on their network.
