I need help with recording on Ryzen 5 2600

I need help with obs. I want to record smooth gameplay of games like valorant, apex pubg etc. But I received a bit not much laggy footage and sometimes cpu usage touches 100% and crash the window with blue screen.

Here are my specs:

AMD RYZEN 5 2600

ASUS STRIX B450-F

G.SKILL TRIDENT Z RGB 16GB (8 X 2) 3000 MHZ

MSI RADEON RX 580 8GB ARMOR EDITION

I want to record on x264. If anyone have the same spec with the working setting please do let me know or any help appreciated.

Ps : I'm not fluent in English.
